Apex Fintech Solutions provides cloud-based clearing, custody, trading and tax-reporting infrastructure, with APIs and SDKs, so fintechs, broker-dealers, banks and wealth firms can launch digital investing products. Its subsidiary Apex Clearing Corporation, a registered broker-dealer, custodies more than $229 billion in client assets across over 22 million accounts. In 2026 the company launched the Apex AI Suite, including an agentic development kit for its AscendOS platform. It was founded in 2012, is privately held and private-equity backed, and lists State Street and PEAK6 among its investors.
