Using an Editorial Review consistently has helped GSR Network

One of the big things that I have found helps GSR Network keep on growing is a regular Editorial Workflow Audit.
What it is: I trace how a story actually moves from draft to published, handoff by handoff, and I write up where it stalls, what that stall costs you, and the order to fix it in. You get a structured report four to five business days after I have your materials.

Why me: four decades of newsrooms, from the Houston Chronicle sports desk to MLB Advanced Media, and I built and run a six-desk AI-assisted newsroom in Python and Next.js myself. Every story still gets a human editor's call before it publishes.

Gratitude, freedom, joy, and being worthy to receive. Those four emotions and intentions are what this work is meant to make more of, for the people doing it and the people reading it.

I've had this become an invaluable part of my own business workflow. Thought I'd share it today.
