PowerUp Money raises $10M at $73M valuation to expand AI wealth advice in India
PowerUp Money, an Indian WealthTech platform that describes its core business as AI-led investment advisory, has taken $10M in early-stage funding at a $73M valuation. According to founder and CEO Prateek Jindal, speaking to The Economic Times, the capital will expand its AI-driven wealth management products and personalised guidance for a wider pool of investors. The company is also moving past mutual fund recommendations toward managed wealth services and fuller financial planning.
The round follows a $12M Series A that Peak XV led in December 2025, so the two raises arrived within months of each other. FinTech Global notes that the latest deal size sits in the upper quartile of comparable transactions.
For founders building consumer finance tools in India, this deal shows how retail investing growth is pulling capital toward AI advisory layers that sit on top of existing distribution. Investors are rewarding companies that can convert recommendations into recurring revenue through managed services. The lead investor was not named in the sources reviewed, so no lead is listed.
