Shipped: Article Generator
A local web service for generating articles: describe a topic → the model writes text in real time → edit it in the editor → save, export, or send it to another server. Works without internet (except for the Tailwind and Quill CDNs), without a database, without authorization, and without payment.

Law firms and medical clinics could be a natural first market for this, since their staff often aren't allowed to paste client details into online writing tools, and yours runs offline with no login or database. I'd pick one of those groups, show them a few sample articles on topics they actually publish, and offer it as a one-time paid install instead of keeping it free.
