WeWork India Management Ltd operates flexible, managed office space under an exclusive WeWork brand licence. It sells memberships, digital and ancillary services, and operator-model fees from landlord-managed centres. Customers include large enterprises, global capability centres (GCCs), SMEs, startups and individuals. It is NSE/BSE-listed after its 2025 IPO and is majority-owned by Embassy Group entities. At Q1 FY27 (June 2026) it ran 79 centres in eight cities with about 133,600 desks and 84.9% occupancy. Q1 FY27 revenue was ₹698 crore, and FY25 revenue from operations was about ₹1,949 crore.
