Domo sells a cloud-native data platform with BI, data integration (1,000+ connectors), data apps and AI agents. It is sold mainly by subscription to mid-size and large enterprises, and the 10-K cites over 2,400 customers. Founded in 2010 by Josh James, it went public on Nasdaq (DOMO) in 2018 after raising roughly $630M. Revenue was $318.9M in fiscal 2026 (year ended Jan 2026), essentially flat for three years, with a net loss of $59.3M. The board began a strategic alternatives review in 2026.
