vitronet Gruppe
vitronet Gruppe is a group of regional construction and engineering firms. It covers planning, civil works, cable installation, maintenance and documentation for fiber-optic, energy and mobile networks, and it also offers dark fiber routes. Customers are energy suppliers, network providers, industrial companies and public bodies. The group has about 2,700 employees at more than 40 sites in Germany and builds over 10,000 km of fiber routes a year. Private-equity firm Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) acquired it in 2017, and a capital increase was announced in May 2025. It is not an AI company, and its operating site is vitronet.de.
