HyalRoute
HyalRoute Communication Group designs, builds, owns and operates open-access passive fiber networks in Myanmar, Cambodia and the Philippines. Its website cites 16,000+ km completed and a 60,000 km nationwide plan for its Philippines subsidiary. Customers are telecom operators, governments and enterprises, and it earns revenue mainly from selling and leasing fiber capacity. In May 2026, Nasdaq-listed All In FutureTech Alliance (AGAE) agreed to buy about 57.7% of HyalRoute in an all-stock deal that valued it at roughly US$4bn. HyalRoute is also developing a silicon-photonics AI computing center in ASEAN. It is primarily a telecom infrastructure company, and AI compute is a planned expansion.
