VerAI runs a proprietary AI/ML discovery platform that targets concealed critical-mineral deposits under covered terrain in mature mining jurisdictions. It builds a portfolio of mineral projects and royalties (60+ projects across North and South America) and partners with exploration companies, mine owners and financiers to develop them. It raised a $24M Series B led by Insight Partners in February 2025, and total funding is about $39.4M. Headcount is roughly 17–23 (2026).
