Vena Solutions
Vena is a cloud planning platform built on Microsoft 365 and Excel. It covers budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and reporting, and includes an AI-powered Copilot for FP&A. It is sold on a SaaS subscription basis to finance teams at mid-market and larger companies. Vena raised a $300M Series C led by Vista Equity Partners in 2021, and Sacra estimated about $116M ARR in 2024 with 1,700+ customers. In July 2026 it was reported to be acquiring agentic AI startup Morpheo AI.
