Varonis's SaaS-based Data Security Platform discovers and classifies sensitive data. It also analyzes access, monitors activity and detects data-centric threats across cloud, SaaS, hybrid and on-premises environments. Its Atlas product secures AI applications, agents and the data behind them. It sells subscriptions to enterprises in finance, healthcare, manufacturing and government, and has been moving customers from on-premises licences to cloud subscriptions. It was founded in 2005 and listed on Nasdaq (VRNS) in 2014. Revenue was about $624M in FY2025, and trailing-12-month revenue was about $688M as of June 2026. It acquired AllTrue.ai in February 2026.
