UserTesting's platform runs moderated and unmoderated tests, live interviews, surveys and usability studies. It draws on a participant network of 7.6M people (2026) and uses AI to summarize results and generate tests. It sells subscriptions to enterprises, with 3,000+ customers including 75 of the Fortune 100. It was founded in 2007, raised about $148M before Thoma Bravo acquired it and merged it with UserZoom, and bought User Interviews in 2026. In 2026 it launched UserTesting for Figma and MCP servers that connect it to AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
