Uniqus Consulte
Uniqus Consultech is a consultancy co-founded in 2022 by ex-KPMG and ex-EY leaders Jamil Khatri and Sandip Khetan. It provides accounting and reporting, governance/risk/compliance, sustainability and climate, and tech consulting, supported by proprietary technology platforms such as an ESG reporting platform. It sells project and advisory services to enterprises across India, the US and the Middle East. It has raised about $42.5M over three rounds, including a $20M Series C in April 2025 led by Nexus Venture Partners, and reported FY25 revenue of about ₹34.3 Cr. The Series C announcement cited 250+ clients and 11 offices at that time.
