The Access Group is a UK-headquartered business software provider. Its Access Workspace platform unifies finance, HR, payroll, recruitment and industry-specific products, and its Access Evo layer embeds AI across them. It sells mainly through subscription SaaS to more than 100,000 small and mid-sized commercial and non-profit customers in the UK, Ireland, Europe, the US and Asia Pacific, and it grows heavily by acquisition. It is backed by Hg, TA Associates and GIC, and a 2022 investment valued it at £9.2bn. Third-party estimates put revenue at roughly $1.9B, and headcount is about 7,400 to 9,500 depending on the source.
