TechValidate Software
TechValidate sells a SaaS platform that surveys a vendor's customers and converts the responses into authenticated marketing and sales content (case studies, ROI analyses, testimonials, reviews). It was founded in 2007 by Steve Norall and Brad O'Neill and served 300+ B2B technology customers by 2015, including HP, IBM, EMC, SAP and Box. SurveyMonkey acquired it in 2015 and it now operates as a SurveyMonkey/Momentive product. SurveyMonkey's filings put the price at about $60.4M, and about 50 employees joined it at the time of the deal.
