Sysdig's cloud-native application protection platform covers containers, Kubernetes and cloud workloads. It focuses on runtime threat detection and response, and its founders created the open-source Falco project. The company sells to enterprises as a commercial subscription. It raised a $350M Series G at a $2.5B valuation in December 2021, and about $730–745M in total. In 2026 it released AI-agent products, including headless cloud security (May) and Secure AI (August), and named Hatem Naguib CEO (June). Sources vary on 2025 revenue: Latka estimates roughly $283M ARR, which is a third-party figure.
