Sumo Logic sells a cloud-native log analytics and Intelligent Operations Platform that combines cloud SIEM, security analytics and observability. In 2026 it added agentic AI features, including the Dojo AI SOC Analyst Agent, Mobot and an MCP Server. Customers are enterprise security, DevOps and IT operations teams, and it earns revenue from SaaS subscriptions. It was founded in 2010 by Kumar Saurabh and Christian Beedgen and IPO'd on Nasdaq in 2020. Francisco Partners took it private in 2023. Tracxn lists $346M raised, a last known valuation of $1.7B, and roughly 800–840 employees in 2026.
