CommerceIQ sells an agentic retail platform (AllyAI plus AI agents for retail media, sales, content and the digital shelf) to large consumer brands, with retail experts and forward-deployed engineers running it for them. The company says it serves 2,200+ brands, including Nestlé, Colgate and Whirlpool. It raised about $196M in total, including a $115M Series D led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2 in 2022 at a reported $1B+ valuation. In September 2026 Rahul Shah became CEO and founder Guru Hariharan became Executive Chairman.
