Solaris
Solaris SE is a German-licensed bank and technology company. Its modular B2B API platform lets non-bank companies, from SMEs to large multinationals, embed digital accounts, cards, payments, lending, identification and digital-asset custody in their own products. It earns revenue from platform and banking services for these partners. It reported net revenues of about €130M in 2022 and a loss of about €56M. It raised a €140M Series G in February 2025 and has raised roughly $736M in total, according to Tracxn and Dealroom. SBI Group is its majority owner. In 2026 it began positioning itself as an 'AI-native bank' and announced a headcount reduction of about 20%.
