Smile
Smile is a French IT services group founded in 1991. It began as an open source integrator and now covers data and AI (including agentic AI platforms), digital experience, e-commerce, cloud and infrastructure, and embedded/IoT. It sells project-based consulting, integration, managed services and training to mid-size and large companies and public bodies. The group reported about €150M revenue in 2025 and has about 1,500 staff in 7–9 countries. Acquisitions include Open Wide, Adyax, SensioLabs (the creators of Symfony) and Creativestyle. Keensight Capital became majority shareholder in 2014, and Marc Palazon is CEO.
