SingleStore (formerly MemSQL) provides a distributed SQL database that combines transactional, analytical, vector and full-text search. It is sold as a cloud service and as self-managed software to enterprises such as Samsung, Cisco, IMAX and SiriusXM. It raised about $464M in venture funding, including a Series F in 2022. Vector Capital announced a growth buyout in September 2025, reportedly around $500M, and closed it in October 2025. The company reported ARR above $123M in Q2 FY2026, up 23% year over year.
