Sapiens International Corporation N.V. makes AI-centric, cloud-based insurance software. Its platform has agentic workflows across policy, underwriting, claims, reinsurance, decisioning, finance and compliance. It reports more than 600 insurers in over 30 countries as customers and earns money from software subscriptions, implementation and modernisation services. Founded in Israel in 1982, it was taken private by Advent International in December 2025 after listing on NASDAQ and TASE. It reported about $542M revenue in 2024 (third-party estimate) and has about 5,000 employees. Its Ontario offices serve Canadian insurers, including the WCB workers' compensation deal.
