Redis, formerly Redis Labs and Garantia Data, sponsors the Redis in-memory database. It sells the commercial Redis Enterprise software and cloud services for caching, NoSQL and vector search, and its customers are mostly large enterprises. It raised about $355M over 8 rounds, including a $110M Series G in 2021 at a $2B valuation. It moved its HQ from Mountain View to San Francisco in mid-2024 and has been led by CEO Rowan Trollope since 2022.
