Prosus Group
Prosus is a Euronext Amsterdam-listed (PRX) group that operates and invests in AI-driven consumer ecosystems. These include iFood, OLX, PayU, Just Eat Takeaway.com and Despegar, plus a roughly 23% stake in Tencent (2025). Revenue comes from marketplace commissions, advertising, payments and credit fees, and from the earnings of its equity-accounted holdings. It reported FY2026 (year to March 2026) revenue of about US$9.7bn, adjusted EBITDA of about US$1.3bn, and about 42,000 employees. It is majority-owned by Naspers.
