Outerlimit
Outerlimit's platform extends Zero Trust to the agent action layer. It discovers agents, tools and MCP servers, observes their behavior, and uses cryptographic enforcement to check policy when a tool is called. It targets enterprises deploying agentic AI. Its sales model is not publicly detailed. The company came out of stealth on 22 September 2026 with a $16M pre-seed round from AlbionVC, Evolution Equity Partners and Crane Venture Partners. It was founded by Tony Pepper and Neil Larkins, who sold Egress Software to KnowBe4 in 2024, and neuroscientist Peter Vincent. It has offices in London and New York.
