Ocado
Ocado Group sells the Ocado Smart Platform, an automated online-grocery system. It combines grid-based robotic fulfilment centres, AI and software, and last-mile logistics. Customers include grocers such as Morrisons, Ocado Retail and international partners. It earns upfront and recurring capacity fees from technology partners, plus Ocado Logistics 3PL revenue. Revenue was £1.36bn in FY2025. In H1 FY2026 (to May 2026), reported revenue rose 54% to £1,037m, mostly from Kroger and Sobeys closure fees, and underlying revenue rose 1% to £684m. Gross debt was about £1.4bn, and FY2026 Technology Solutions revenue is guided to about £500m.
