Nuvama Group (Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd, formerly Edelweiss Wealth Management/Edelweiss Securities) is a Mumbai-based, NSE/BSE-listed firm. It provides wealth management, investment advisory, AIF/PMS asset management, institutional broking, investment banking and custody/clearing services to affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients, wealthy families, corporates and institutional investors. It earns fees, brokerage and interest income. PAG has been the majority owner since 2021 (about 54.7%). It reported revenue of ₹2,901 crore and net income of ₹986 crore in FY2025, and AUM of about ₹4.6 trillion in June 2025.
