Norda Stelo
Norda Stelo is a Quebec City engineering and construction consulting firm, founded in 1963 as Roche and later renamed. It delivers integrated projects in transportation (road, port, rail), mining and metallurgy, energy and manufacturing. It also offers robotics integration and the Stelar data and asset-management platform. It earns fees from engineering and consulting services. In March 2025, CDPQ closed a $28.1M equity investment, the firm's first equity offering in 60 years, and the firm remains majority-held by its employee-shareholders. It was named a Canada's Best Managed Companies Gold Standard winner in 2025 and is a certified B Corp.
