New Era Technology sells managed technology services, audio-visual and video collaboration systems, cloud, data networking and cybersecurity, and now markets itself as an AI, application and infrastructure partner. It says it advises 20,000+ customers across enterprise, banking and finance, healthcare, education and government, with offices in the Americas, EMEA and APAC. It is privately held and was acquired by Sentinel Capital Partners in 2019. Dave Hart became CEO in August 2025, alongside a recapitalization. It was named to CRN's 2026 MSP 500 Elite 150. Revenue estimates vary widely ($263M to $1.1B), and headcount is reported at roughly 2,000 (Aug 2026).
