Mural is a cloud-based visual collaboration platform. It offers a digital canvas, templates and AI features (built on Microsoft Azure OpenAI, with Microsoft 365 Copilot integration and an MCP server for AI agents) for product, design, sales, marketing and consulting teams. It sells subscriptions (Team+, Business and Enterprise plans) mainly to large enterprises, and it acquired the LUMA Institute design-methods business. It was founded in 2011 and raised about $192M in total; its 2021 Series C ($50M) valued it at about $2B. Sacra estimates ARR of about $125M in 2024, up from about $115M in 2023.
