Mercer | Mettl (originally Mettl, founded 2010 in Gurugram) sells skill, psychometric and coding assessments, AI-powered remote proctoring and online examination software. Its customers are corporate recruiters and L&D teams, educational institutions, and government and sector skill bodies in 100+ countries. It runs a SaaS and enterprise-licence model. It raised roughly $4–5M from Blume Ventures, Kalaari and others before Mercer (Marsh McLennan) acquired it in October 2018. Tracxn lists ₹100–500 Cr revenue (FY Mar 2025) and about 474 employees (Aug 2025).
