JazzHR (formerly The Resumator) is a SaaS applicant tracking system covering candidate sourcing, job posting, employer branding and hiring workflows, aimed at SMBs. Founded in 2009, it raised about $25.5M over 7 rounds before K1 Investment Management bought it in April 2021 and merged it with Jobvite and NXTThing RPO under the parent company Employ Inc. Employ added Lever later, and its four brands together serve about 20,000 customers. PitchBook lists about 112 employees (2024).
