Inteliquent
Inteliquent runs an all-IP voice and messaging network. Its services include local transit, long distance, toll-free, messaging, number services and emergency communications. Customers are wireless, cable and wireline carriers, plus cloud communications, UCaaS and contact-center providers. It was GTCR-backed, merged with Onvoy in 2017, and was acquired by Sinch in 2021 for USD 1.14B. At announcement it had estimated adjusted revenue of about USD 499M and employed more than 500 people.
