Innovation Group Plc
Innovation Group provides the Gateway cloud claims-management platform, plus claims handling, repairer-network management, and warranty and service-plan services. Its customers are insurers, brokers, fleet and leasing companies, and automotive manufacturers and dealers. It earns money from software and outsourced services, with more than 1,200 clients in the UK, US, Germany, Spain, Poland, Australia and South Africa (2022). It was founded in 1996. Carlyle bought it in 2015 for about £500M, and Allianz X completed its acquisition in January 2023. It now sits within Solvd Group.
