GoGuardian
GoGuardian makes subscription software for K-12 schools. Its products include Admin (web filtering), Teacher (classroom management), Fleet (Chromebook management), Beacon (self-harm alerts) and DNS, and it also runs the Pear Deck instructional platform. It says it serves about 25 million students and over 2 million educators in more than 10,000 schools. In August 2021 it raised $200M from Tiger Global at a reported ~$1B valuation, and in 2022 it acquired TutorMe. Third-party estimates put revenue at about $147M (2024).
