Forbright Bank
Forbright Bank (formerly Congressional Bank, renamed in 2021) is a Chevy Chase, Maryland bank. It offers online personal banking to depositors, including high-yield savings accounts and CDs. It also makes senior secured loans to middle-market businesses and investors in healthcare, technology, financial services and real estate. Its income comes mainly from lending spreads. It had about $8.5B in assets and $7.3B in deposits as of Q2 2026, and acquired Mosaic's assets in 2025. In June 2026 it filed to raise about $158M in an IPO.
