FastSpring
FastSpring sells a digital commerce platform that handles checkout, payment processing, subscription management, fraud prevention and tax compliance. Its customers are SaaS, software, gaming, AI and digital-product companies that want to sell globally without running payments and compliance themselves. It is privately held and was founded in 2005. It was acquired by Accel-KKR, and LLR Partners announced a strategic investment in May 2026. It has offices in Amsterdam, Belfast and Halifax. Sources disagree on revenue, with estimates from about $50–100M to $166M.
