Degreed is a SaaS learning experience platform that has added AI features: the Maestro AI coach, skills analytics, workflow automation and, in Oct 2026, a connected system of AI agents for L&D teams. It sells enterprise subscriptions. Company materials (Aug 2026) cite more than 100 Global 2000 customers, one in three Fortune 50 companies, and users in over 200 countries. Founded in 2012, it has raised roughly $367M (Tracxn), including a $1.4B valuation in its 2021 Series D. PitchBook lists a $110M Series E in Feb 2025, and the company has said it is profitable.
