Founded in 2025 by CEO Sanjeet Hajarnis and CTO Kevin Raji Cherian, who previously worked together at Eightfold AI, Decimal AI provides an AI Support Engineer platform. The software assists technical support teams by resolving issues end-to-end, ranging from answering customer questions and investigating code and logs to creating bug fixes for engineering review.
