Cursor
Cursor, made by Anysphere, is an AI coding environment built on a VS Code fork. It includes agents, its own Composer models, and tools from acquisitions such as Graphite. It sells subscriptions to individual developers and, increasingly, to enterprises, which reportedly make up about 75% of revenue. Annualized revenue passed $1B in late 2025 and was reported at roughly $4B by mid-2026. It raised a $2.3B Series D at a $29.3B valuation in November 2025. SpaceX agreed in June 2026 to acquire it in a roughly $60B all-stock deal, reported as closed in August 2026, and Cursor now sits within SpaceXAI.
