It was founded in Melbourne in 2009 and raised a $100M Series F in July 2021 at a $1.5B valuation. It has offices in the US, UK, Germany and Australia, and headcount estimates for 2026 run from about 920 to 960. Revenue estimates vary by source: Latka puts 2025 revenue at about $227M, and Tracxn lists a $100M–$500M range for FY2024.
