ConnectWise sells the ConnectWise Platform, which combines PSA, RMM, ScreenConnect remote access, SIEM, managed EDR, backup and AI agents. It reached general availability in July 2026. Its customers are managed service providers (MSPs) and IT solution providers, and it sells through a software subscription model and partner channels. The company was founded in 1982 and sold for about $1.5B in 2019. It is now private and owned by Thoma Bravo. Third-party estimates put its headcount at about 3,400 in 2026.
