Comarch SA
Comarch is a Kraków-based software house and systems integrator, founded in 1993 and listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (CMR). It sells proprietary software and services, including telecom OSS/BSS, loyalty marketing, ERP, EDI/e-invoicing, cloud and banking and insurance solutions. Customers are large enterprises, telecoms, banks and insurers, retailers and public administrations. Revenue comes from licences, subscription SaaS and managed services. In FY2025 the group reported revenue of about PLN 1.714 billion, EBITDA of PLN 381 million and record bookings of PLN 1.935 billion. Its 2025 annual report describes a shift toward AI-native software.
