The platform digitizes and automates borrower applications, decisioning and loan portfolio management. Its customers are financial institutions, alternative finance companies and lessors, and it is sold as SaaS. The company was founded in 2012 and raised about $14.5M in venture funding before Q2 Holdings (Austin, TX) acquired it in 2018. It now operates as 'Cloud Lending, a Q2 Company'.
