CDP Group sells a full-scenario HCM SaaS+ platform. Its core product is the employee-centric WorkLife app, built on the EcoSaaS cloud platform. The app covers payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, talent development and workforce management. Customers are enterprises. CDP says it serves 2,000+ group clients across 45 industry verticals, including more than 100 clients using its global HCM services in 180+ countries. Revenue comes from recurring SaaS fees plus value-added services. It started its global HCM business in 2017 and launched the CDP AI Future Lab in 2024. Crunchbase lists a Series E round. Third-party estimates put revenue at about $120–126M (2024), but these are unverified.
