Blip (formerly Take Blip / Take.net) runs a cloud platform for building and managing chatbots and AI agents across messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, including Blip Copilot and Blip AI Agent. Its customers are enterprises in retail, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods and logistics. It sells the platform as SaaS and has raised about $230M in total, including a $70M Series B in 2022 and a $60M Series C in November 2024 backed by SoftBank, Microsoft and Accel. Sources estimate revenue at roughly $90M–$134M and headcount at about 1,400–1,700, with offices in Belo Horizonte, São Paulo and San Francisco.
