BASIC Home Loan
BASIC Home Loan (legal name Basic Enterprises Private Limited) runs a 'phygital' home-loan distribution platform. Customers get paperless online sanctions, and an asset-lite network of agents handles fulfilment and disbursal. In September 2025 it launched HOM-i, an AI assistant for instant home loan decisions. It serves Indian home buyers, including defence personnel through a December 2025 udChalo Housing partnership, and works with lenders and developers. It raised a $10.6M Series B led by Bertelsmann in September 2024 and has raised about $24.6M in total (Tracxn). In 2025 it targeted Rs 25,000 crore in annual disbursals by March 2026.
