(NASDAQ: API) is a Santa Clara-based real-time engagement platform-as-a-service that lets developers add voice, video, streaming, chat and conversational AI to their apps over its own Software Defined Real-Time Network. Its customers are developers and enterprises in social media, gaming, education and telehealth, and the company says it is trusted by over 1,800 organizations. It went public on Nasdaq in June 2020 at a $20 IPO price. Its Q2 2026 results, released in August 2026, reported a seventh consecutive quarter of GAAP profitability.
