Uptycs sells a unified cloud-native application protection (CNAPP) and XDR security analytics platform to enterprises securing hybrid cloud, Kubernetes and endpoint environments.
Uptycs offers a SaaS and on-prem security analytics platform that combines CNAPP, CWPP, CSPM, CIEM and XDR on a single data model. It also has an AI analyst called Juno. Its customers are mid-market and large enterprises with cloud and on-prem workloads. Uptycs was founded in 2016 by Ganesh Pai and Uma Reddy, and is privately held. It has raised about $93M across four rounds, the last a $50M Series C in 2021 led by investors including Sapphire Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners and ServiceNow Ventures. Revenue and headcount estimates vary widely by source: Tracxn counts 133 employees in mid-2026, while Latka estimates 218 in 2024.
