SILA Group (SILA Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is a Mumbai-based real estate platform. It offers facility management, project management and contracting, and real estate advisory. It moved into real estate development in 2019, with a focus on the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Its customers are large corporates, real estate funds, landowners and developers. Revenue comes from facility management contracts, advisory fees and development projects. Preqin reports a June 2022 round of about INR 542 million from Norwest Venture Partners and individual investors. Tracxn lists a total of about $146M raised, and puts FY2025 revenue at ₹500–1,000 Cr and headcount at about 25,600 in April 2026. Despite the 'AI company' framing, SILA is not an AI company.
